Procurement Process Changed for Festival Park

Riverside Drive is a road in South Liverpool that follows the River Mersey. It is bounded by Otterspool at one end and Sefton Street and the City Centre at the other. It passes through Riverside Gardens which is the area around what used to be the site of the International Garden Festival (1984) and what is since 2011 known as Festival Gardens.
