New Bridge on Festival Site

WORKMEN yesterday undertook a painstaking operation to install a centrepiece bridge at Liverpool’s Garden Festival site. A year on since the restoration of the site began, civil engineers, using an 80-tonne crane, delicately manoeuvred the bridge into place.
