(Taken from Liverpool Primary Care Trust website) …any Liverpool resident who needs an NHS Dentist in this city will be able to find one by calling the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), freephone, on 0800 073 1106. For people who need emergency dental services the PCT offers a Dental Access Service from Everton Road Health Centre during the day and Old Swan Health Centre during the evening. Appointments can be made by contacting NHS Direct on 0845 4647.
